Kenny Logan

Kenny Logan is one of Scotland's best known Rugby players. He made his international debut at the age of 20 in 1992, playing against Australia and went on to win 70 caps and score 250 points for Scotland. He retired from International Rugby in 2003.

Since then, Kenny's also become well-known for taking part in Strictly Come Dancing. Much to his own surprise, he had a fabulous ten-week run and even came fifth.

Starting his rugby career at Stirling County, the town of his birth, he progressed through the ranks making his senior debut at the age of 17, winning the Scottish League Championship in 1995/1996 before heading south to England where he played with the London Wasps.

Kenny scored five tries on his debut at the club and went on to play a further 165 games, scoring 90 tries and racking up an impressive 1350 points with his goal kicking. He contributed significantly to what was a very successful time for the London club, winning three league titles, the Tetley's Bitter Cup twice as well as the Parker Pen Challenge Cup and The Heineken Cup 2003/2004.

On the international stage he competed in three World Cups, and was a key figure in Scotland's 1999 success in what was then the Five Nations Championship.

In 2001, Kenny went through the Dore Programme, a revolutionary educational programme for athletes that completely changed him. He noticed an extraordinary improvement in his sporting performance: his peripheral vision and spatial awareness reached new levels, as did his concentration and decision-making. Kenny is very passionate about the programme and continues to work closely with Dore Sport.

Kenny is much in demand as a public speaker, media commentator and sports ambassador and lives in London with his wife, Gabby, and their twins.
