Adam Kelly

I am one of the founders of doosport. i row at Thames Rowing Club and have done the odd triathlon here and there. Used to play rugby pretty badly and golf not bad. I love sport and I think the internet is going to help get more access to sport and that's what we are about.
Right now I am 8kgs the wrong side of an athletic 40yr old so i am using the food and exercise diary in earnest!
